If that was MY gmail account, a lawsuit would be in the works. Retreive the email, well, OK, but disable the account? If the bank puts money in the wrong account, it doesnt deactivate the wrong account till the problem gets settled. What is that judge smoking? Has he ever relied on email for anything? What about the rights of the email recipient, who did NOTHING wrong? Still can't believe this one.
