All the reviews that I've seen suggest that it is the least "leaky" of all the free firewall offerings.

I've used it for a year in preference to Zone Alarm. It tends to be a little more intrusive but it works for me.

I don't use the accompanying AV because I prefer the email scanner that's available in AVG.
