I'm sorry
trud 21st Oct 2009
..but this may be the most confusingly worded set of poll choices I've seen.

It's a simple problem which will affect the lot of us and deserves an unambiguous question to present an accurate result.

worded badly
brownw03@... 22nd Oct 2009
This poll is worded wierdly for sure. I assume the minus signs, represent cuts. But then the "-5 or less" makes no sense. It should be "-5 or more" as a deeper cut is more of a cut.

Anyway, it would've been better to say something like:

5% or more increase
3-4% increase
...
3-4% reduction
5% or more reduction

Sadly in my case, I'd need a bullet for "20% or more reduction."
I've seen 50% cuts from some customers and no one with spending increases planned. The federal government would probably be a growth area. States, counties and cities are gasping for funds.
I think it's rude to have videos start on the page when you arrive at the page. You can't turn the thing off???
