        <description><![CDATA[This poll is worded wierdly for sure.  I assume the minus signs, represent cuts.  But then the &quot;-5 or less&quot; makes no sense. It should be &quot;-5 or more&quot; as a deeper cut is more of a cut. Anyway, it would've been better to say something like:5% or more increase3-4% increase...3-4% reduction5% or more reductionSadly in my case, I'd need a bullet for &quot;20% or more reduction.&quot;]]></description>
