Export Excel VBA Code to Text File

I need a vba code that exports all the codes in a project to a text file. I am using Office 2007.
Does any one have this done already?

I got a file of Excel, which contained some VBA macros...
plz tell me the procedure that how could I open this file in OpenOffice...
