most of my headaches come from users of previous OSs, they usually have difficultly navigating. Vista went a long way to make the transition more difficult for seasoned users, 7 isn't that much better.. there is an alien UI (even to some Vista users). Many of my clients believe that if they are going to have to switch OSs, they might as well switch vendors too.
