Public Folders
One very useful feature of Exchange is the "public folders." We use these for room reservations, for meetings, for planning projects. They are not accessible via web services with Apple's client software (Mail, iCal, Address, etc). MS has even removed access for Macs using a web browser with the transition from Exchange 2003 to 2007. We continue to use Entourage (despite is database with frequent corruption), since it offers access to Public Folders for Macs. MS lack of web support beyond IE draws one closer to Google everyday.
