VB.NET 2003 Window Application

I need your help to resolved this interesting problem relating to VB.Net 2003 Window application which using 2 FORMS:-
FrmDataGrid and
FrmCalendar which have MONTHCALENDAR control on it.

On FrmDataGrid, by click on the respective button which will generate a Pop-Up frmCalendar which allow the uses to select date. The navigation buttons with sign is not working.

The user cannot page NEXT or page PREVIOUS months.
