I thought the Acronis Disk Director Suite was easy and safe to use but this EASUS Partition Master is better. And it's free for Home Users! I've used it on Win XP and Win 7 machines without a glitch.

However, as with all repartitioning software out there, it's still not clear to me whether the resulting partitions in one physical hard drive become contiguous. Or it's like: [Partition 1] + [Partition 2] + [Continuation of Partion 1 (which used to be a portion of Partion 2 before being reallocated to Partition 1)]. Anybody knows?
