If it's law enforcement asking for my personal equipment I would insist they have a warrant. If they have the warrant - and the instrument specifies decryption - I would comply. If the warrant is silent on the issue, then I would be too.

If they do not have a warrant, they can't have the data. If their warrant is flawed that's their tough cookies.
