One of them includes the other.Besides from what I understand, Norton might be a big choice in business, but in the home Norton isn't selling well.  They get their big placement from free versions that come with Roadrunner, motherboards, and preloaded on systems.Plus, can you consider Windows Vista or 7 &quot;popular&quot; because it is the only OS that most PC resellers/makers put on a PC for purchase?I think like you probably do, Palmetto.  The title should have been more accurately &quot;Most installed software of 2009&quot;.]]></description>
