Today...
...a battery in one of our user's BlackBerry went kaput. I went downstairs to the carrier's store (which also has a tech support area), and got a replacement. Total downtime: 5 minutes.

My understanding is that this would have been impossible with an iPhone.

For what we do and what we need as an organization, this is a big deal.
