I have only come across Spyware Blaster which does this and like all these tools is far from perfect. Spyware Blaster tries to prevent the user clicking on stupid things by preventing certain sources of cookies and items running. The user notices no difference. It is free for personal and eduactional usage. Where I have had it in my images at the Uni I work in there have been a significant reduction in infections. Where collegues have built images without it infections happen more often.

Has anyone else used it? Is it a fourth stage?
