Same here for corporate...
we didn't waste time, and just picked an image off the network server, that was slip-streamed with everything on it and an unattended install. I could set it in motion and go back to doing something else.

All client files were on the server as well. It really is more painless that way.

Now that I'm independent, though, I rarely need to re-image. Most folks know better than to put personal information on the PC, and they back up all photos. Those ARE priceless.

Their are always a few photos not backed up yet, and this is why I use removal tech, to save their day. I can always clean up the infected back up files after the PC is completely cleaned up. USB external drives are popular and make for an easy fix, usually.

I try to get them in good habits and protection, so they don't get totally pwned in the first place.
