I realize that there is a tradition of flaming and so forth in Internet message boards of all kinds, but I have largely given up reading them, since rudeness has become the norm, particularly in these silly holy wars about operating systems. In this particular thread, I admit that the original poster spoke in an irritated tone, but that is no reason to reply by calling him names. Just ignore the emotional language and address any concerns that he has stated clearly. The rest of us will more likely learn something without being distracted by personal attacks back and forth.
