Boot to CD. (or USB stick- preferred)
Sort system32 by date.
Delete files and folders related to malware.
(Google is our friend)
Ditto for system32 drivers and C:\Program files.
Run RegCleaner from UBCD4win and select Orphaned Entries.
Reboot to Normal mode.
Run TDSS Killer and Malwarebytes.
Run Hitman pro.
Done.

Rollback Rx excellent solution.
ERUNT for immediate user Registry restore.
Immunet on top of other AV.
