I totally agree with all of you to get in, that's how I started also, from pc technician to a system engineer now for one off the largest companies in Belgium. I'm also a CCNA, MCSE and MCITP so I also have had a long path behind me..

My work focusses mainly on microsoft systems but I want to grow more towards cisco systems, and having a CCNA and no experience managing a large network (routers, switches, not servers )just doesn't seem to get you in because most companies want you to have experience or a CCNP to get in and the CCNP course is just too expensive for me..
