Once you have done CCNA you are on your way to whatever certification you want. You dont need to join any training. you can buy videos online. it is cheaper than joining a course. you can do practicles on the simulator or spend money in buying hardware rather than doing a course.

you spend money to do a course for once only but you can use your hardwares for longtime.

I don't know whether this works for you or not.
