Report Offensive Message

After delaying for years in getting the luxury of a smartphone, I am now highly disappointed with the HTC Incredible because of the poor sound quality. What good are tons of gadgets if it sucks at being a PHONE? When I did my research, it was ranked as one of the best, but looking back now on those reviews, they were just reviewing features, and none bothered review the primary function of being a good phone. My $18 Wal-mart cheapo phone sounded better.
