Win7 has two other tools that handle that...
In Windows 7 there is a screen clipping tool that lets you click and drag to capture an area of the screen. Then you can send that screen shot to an email or save it. It's the SnipIt tool. From an IT standpoint... I love the Problem Steps Recorder in Windows 7. I can use it for minor how-to's and it builds the email for me complete with basic instructions and screen shots. From the other side, if a user has an error and uses it, it will send the same to me, but will also include the actual error dialog text in the email as well. Very handy tools in Windows 7.
