ESET SysRescue
I'm personally a fan of ESET SysRescue CD. It uses Vista PE as a base, but its wireless card support is spotty. With wired networking it updates from the internet and does a very good job. I've had much better "boot rates," so to speak, with it than with Linux-based discs.

A nice time-saving bonus is that when used on a PC with NOD32 installed, it will pull the definitions from the hard drive and then incrementally update, instead of downloading all 30some MB from internet.

You have to create it from within a working install of ESET NOD32 - I'm not sure if this is a pro or a con. It automatically builds in your license key and has tons of options, including automatically making a bootable USB drive (very nice), but it requires you to download and install the massive Windows AIK from Microsoft.
