That means the guy either had a ton of stolen cable and materials, or some other project bought the materials and then put the extra materials on this project.

The over all amount of profit from the project to pay employees with would be about 1 to 3 thousand dollars after paying for materials.

Its people like that that muddy the water for honest Install companies such as me.
