I'am agree with you.
destroyed my courage to put IT division as a main of company, for now we just like feeder for other division especially to business operation (indonesian said "BABU"). Like my president director (owners exactly) says "your division doesn't make money, so don't spendthrift my money!", just for your information, my company fields in public transportation.
