        <title><![CDATA[Lousy US Bureaucracy]]></title>

        <description><![CDATA[Some of those requirements (eg the seperate cheques) are pretty dumb, even for the USA, which is renowned for its adherence to dumb bureaucracy and idiotic mindless processes.However, I am yet to find a form which is harder to complete correctly than the small green US 'Visa Waiver' travel form, which requires you to enter your name, address and DOB three times on a sheet of paper the size of a cheque. Not only that, but you cannot tell which answer section relates to each question field. I usually have several attempts at it before I get it right.]]></description>
