How do I... Publish my Outlook 2007 calendar on the Internet?

Is there a way to automatically send calendar appointment reminders from Outlook 2007 to a Twitter account? For instance when we are required to wear business attire, a calendar appointment is sent out with a reminder on it, but I want to get a reminder if I am not in the office to look at my calendar. Is this possible or does anyone have a different suggestion for handling this?
