I think Steve's is correct. Enterprise should consider consumer as a part of the solution. After all who would purchase the services? More importantly, the business needs to recruit talent in the future in order to survive. If the enterprise do not consider adopting technologies that are used by the consumer, they miss opportunity to capture future opportunity.
