bad my hp dv9000 reliability until I went to the GEEK shop and the salesman new immediately it was a video chip failure from overheating. Meanwhile I had purchased another hp and a week later the USB ports started acting flaky. Sometimes after it recognized the USB drive it would no longer recognize it or a device like my Verizon wireless.

So until my dv9000 comes back I'll have to put up with it and I can send it back under the warranty.
