Report Offensive Message

Great article, we're facing the same issue at my place of work, our dashboard grew and grew and is now a tasklist, execs has since asked for a reiteration of the report that's simplified and higher level of progress.

For those organisation that's not using Agile, what reports/techniques can we introduce to bring about transparency too?
