what happens when...
the user loses the password to their server? do you really want to have to reset that every time they forget? we have so many clients that we can't waist time having to reset server passwords all the time.

i can understand your issue with having to keep user passwords - that's a different story, especially for a larger company. but on a small company it's not such a bad idea. in a larger company you'll just have to log in and reset the password for the user. if you have to do that, make sure you're keeping track of all those .25 hours for billing purposes. and make sure the client also knows there will be a bill for resetting forgotten passwords.
