Report Offensive Message

This was pretty awful advice from start to finish. #1 re: automation was a good tip but links to resources would help... or at least examples of basic commands for the "basic IT guy" (since that's obviously who this article was written for). But the rest of the stuff is junk and hopefully will not influence any entry level IT guy to do what was written. Awful.
