"Leading by example" - so easy to say. But few actually make the commitment and stick to it.
There is a huge difference between a Manager and a Leader. You don't manage Marines up a hill...
My point is love the job not the company. Give assurance that I am there next to them when require help. Never radiate -ve energy.
