that the use of proprietary technology like Java is a stupid decision.
I will never use an android phone because it is java.

Just to give Oracle a heads-up, there is a patent pending on the process of patent trolling.

What does this post have to do with Oracle, Google or Java?
With Verizon Communications and Google proposal for new Net neutrality rules getting critisms as first step towards world domination and Google's apparent backing down in China, the Google's "Do No Evil" motto is starting to show cracks in the armour.
When it comes to $, motto can wait and self-serving takes over for many behemoths.
Latest to enter the fry is AT & T:

Google is becoming "GoogleSoft" or if you like Google$
and Verizon the new "Intel" as you like.
As they said, judges perception may hold sway on this case.
Since, Microsoft got slapped a fine with SUN lawsuit,
I think Google is probably losing this case already.
May need to license Java, IMO.
