My wife and I have both decided that we don't need anything more than a plain cellphone and we could probably get along most of the time without that. We both have email accounts which we check daily and play a couple of online games for a few minutes everyday. I do a bit of volunteer work on my home PC, but otherwise we are unplugged most of the time.
