Licenses, licenses, licenses! Where does Microsoft stop? They want us all to use theses wonderful tools, but then put them out of reach for small businesses and non-profit organizations, such as the one I manage, and am faced with MS product upgrades which get more expensive with each new license model upgrade, and additional licences for all the bells and whistles that you need to take advantage of the new OS and architecture's capabilities.

I can see a Linux shop in my future.
