This young lady is either very deliberate or very niave as to how the world works. Unfortunately, this is how many people in the modern world operate. Everything is immediate gratification. They want every whim satisfied now, the heck with what anyone else wants or thinks. They do not look at anything from anyone elses perspective but their own. If the email is legitimately from Steve Jobs, then I applaud him. If not, then he has served her well with silence. Although, I doubt she would learn anything from either method.
