We use outlook calender to schedule maintenance calls. These calls can be each week, every four weeks or other. My issue is I have scheduled them all and they appear on the calender however I would like to know is there a way to be able to view the next service date without having to go back to the original insertion date and count through on the calender.
It would be good to be able to click on the property and say this is when it is due to be serviced on this date?
Any help would be appreciated.
