Everyone in this (so far) four-tiered thread has stated very sensibly their preference of OS. I respect that. It's the silliness of the "my dad can beat up your dad" scenario that I find a bit repugnant. I work in a MS shop. All our servers and PCs run some flavor of Windows, as do my home machines. But I hold no animosity for those who prefer the Mac OS, or better yet, the things it can do that Windows cannot. Hey, they are all computers, and they have all given us the blessing of a (most of the time) rewarding career. We should be thankful for the diversity available to us in the support world and that, because they are created by humans, none are perfect. All need some kind of service, support, or development. As long as that's the case, we'll have employment. That is a good thing.
