I cant produce the right formula for that!.. You will not teach 1+1=2 every year to individuals. Also definitely does not need to buy any software to start the learning process... Training and resource.. You got the biggest library available for your people to learn, the net. You might be looking at black and white console of your servers interface, but to let you know, Linux is not all that. You might need to research more about linux, soon youll discover that there are more free product available for free and more flexible and better than those you mention.
