Granted as an AT&T customer I haven't had the best of service sometimes and I have had my fare share of fustrating support conversations. But if AT&T was so bad, why is it Verizon Wireless can't compete for hardware? I know many Verizon Wireless customers who complain about outages, lack of coverage, and/or bill issues.
But if the AT&T sentiment is so bad, why did Dell opt for AT&T as the sole carrier of there line of mobile devices??
