I bought a very good computer with one snag. It had an anti-virus program called Bullguard pre-installed. This caused terrible problems especially with the software for a Lexmark 760 multi-function printer. I had to format the HDD and re-install Win 7 Ultimate and all other software, luckily I had all the disks, and then used Norton 360 instead as my AV and Firewall, (I actually like Norton). So a word of warning to all, if you find Bullguard on a PC new out of the box do NOT activate it but remove it and install some other AV/Firewall program instead.
