Yes, Weedware!
That's what I was going to suggest.
We set up or service lots of PCs used by people of hugely varying expertise. Occasionally they like something that came on their computer pre-installed, or piggy-backed on something else. Each to his own, I suppose. So we have to accept that it can't all be dismissed as unarguably useless. A weed in gardening terms is a plant in a place it isn't wanted - grass in a flower bed for instance. So Weedware fits the bill precisely.
P.S. May I add my vote to the 'Revo writers deserve Nobel Prize for services to computers' campaign please.
