Why would it be such a problem to say CRAPWARE when you can watch TV and get all the ugly terms and views you want. The term crap is no more offensive then saying ******** hell they made a show called ********, and what I am trying to get at is take the advise of George Carlin stop trying to appease the public by making up words to sooth the comfort that you have garbage on your computer. They change words like retarded to mentally challenged,just call it like it is crap-ware no more no less. Would you like someone to explain stuff to you in a technical way that you wont understand, no you want it cut an dry and the universal word is crap everyone can relate to crap, like if something doesn't work what do you say "awe this crap don't work" or "why won't this crap work" if it broke down again "my car crapped out on me" ... IT Support is about relation to people and explain to them in a relative terms that they can relate to, crap, is right to the point and short... like the term "cut the crap and tell me whats really going on"... See no need to change what is already a universal term.
