Relax d00d
There is "reluctance" to adopt IPv6. No business wants to take time to implement a parallel technology that provides zero immediate incentive. The costs outweigh the benefits:

COST:
- Something new to learn
- Requires updates to any non-compatible network devices (though that list is shrinking)
- Security and availability risks of having to expose two side-by-side protocols until IPv4 can be removed entirely
- Implementation time takes man-hours away from "real" projects, while the economy forces businesses to make do with less staff

BENEFITS:
- Won't have to do it later

Yes. There is reluctance. Businesses always procrastinate to adopt non-sexy technology.

The article had a few minor errors, but otherwise is an adequate familiarization attempt. We need these to get people comfortable with IPv6. If admins everywhere are comfortable with it, they'll start using it anywhere they can.

Sometimes I don't understand why authors keep writing for such a hostile crowd.
