There's a section for each category of people that would like to deploy IPv6 now. This site has been promoted by the RIPE NCC (the RIR acting in Europe, Western Asia and North Africa) and various actors, so it is reasonnably neutral. It can be read by non-experts in IPv6 technologies (so you won't have to read all those complex RFCs).
