It's got a serious set of tools for collaboration, project management, Outlook integration and lots more. It also uses Semantic Data Storage instead of a traditional relational database. The technology is new, but it looks like it could revolutionize database design and project management. They're just finishing up development and offer a trial period, so I would definitely check them out.
