OK Robin. You have a point. So let's in fact talk about the way things are. The best jobs are NOT found by getting your resume through a keyword scanner...period. The best jobs aren't even posted on a job board, or in the HR listing, or etc...

The BEST way to find a job is to network, make contacts and develop relationships. There's no shortcut. If a good hiring manager wants to interview you for a position, your resume or an application may be required for the "process", but no keyword scanner will keep you away from the interview in that instance.
