There is lots of VBA bashing going on. All of it (almost all, yes) comes from ignorance. The ?proof-of-how-bad-it-is? examples found in some threads here demonstrate pathetical inaptness in VBA, if not cleverly malicious insincerity about it. VBA is a very specialized language, and it is very good at doing what it is designed for. In my experience, there are very-very few who actually do know VBA while very many claim being experts in it. I?ve seen VBA code written by good programmers coming for other languages?usually not a good sight at all to behold. I?ve sometimes was able to do in a couple of VBA lines (shot ones, yes) what those so called expert do with a module of code and a dozen of API calls. Funny, at best. So, stop being silly, please, would you?
