With cheap shared hosting, almost anybody can present the most horrific early experiments in Web development directly to the world in a matter of minutes. Frankly, I'm of the opinion that anyone ignorant enough to use GoDaddy should be warned away from publishing anything to the Web.

Instead, GoDaddy makes it so cheap and easy to publish Websites that it's actually easier for the complete idiots of the world to do so than for those who know something about what they're doing.
