It can be bought with a data-only plan when you take up a contract for a fixed + mobile broadband bundle, or a contract for a voice plan bundled with 12GB of data.SingTel also gives away a Samsung WEP-460 Bluetooth headset regardless of which plan you take up. That enables you to make video calls and voice calls with it just like any phone.]]></description>

        <description><![CDATA[The Samsung Galaxy Tab is not a phone. - at least in the US.You can use Skype on it to make calls but it is a data only device.I wish it were a phone. I think it would work well connected to a bluetooth earpiece.I played with it in the store and I was impressed with the speed and screen resolution. I was even able to install apps on it at the store. The install was superfast.I can see myself carrying this around at work for note taking. It fits in one hand and goes in my cargo pants pockets quite easily.]]></description>
