Say whatever you want about legal rights, censorship, who's right, who's wrong, whatever.
Whatever happened to the concept of "good sense" and "good judgement"? If you post ANY personal stuff on Facebook, email and etc. that you don't want/expect the world to see, DON'T DO IT! If something you say about your employer is not what you would want him to see, during work hours or not, don't put it in electronic form. You should not have an expectation of privacy unless you use U.S. Mail.
